Sales are not subject to financing. Financing must be arranged prior to your purchase.

All vehicles are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License.

Temporary license plates are available for purchase for $15.00 per vehicle. (Valid for 45 days)

There is a $35.00 title documentation fee per vehicle purchased.

PAYMENT METHODS: Wire Transfer, Certified Cashier's Check, Cash or Credit/Debit card (with a 4% user fee for electronic payments). We will only accept checks if you are an established customer or if it is accompanied by a bank letter guaranteeing funds.

Winning bidder must contact auction company within 24 hours of sale.
All purchases are to be paid in full within 2 days of auction.
Winning bidder may not pick up item until payment is confirmed.
Winning bidder has 10 days to pick up item.
