All firearms purchases are subject to passing a federal firearms background check before the purchase can be completed. There will be a $25 transfer fee per firearm charged to the buyer at pickup.

** Bidding Tips

• Don’t have time to manually change your bid?  Add a “Max Bid” and let the system place bids for you. *The system will only increase your bid by whatever increment is shown on that item and only IF someone else is bidding against you.

PLEASE NOTE:  You will now be asked to add a credit card during the registration process if you do not already have one on file. This is only to validate your identity. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to pick up your items on the designated pickup day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: There will be a 10 % Buyer’s Premium added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. Full payment will be due at pick up. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted. Credit cards & debit cards are also accepted with a 3.5% fee. 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. All firearms purchases are subject to passing a Federal Firearms background check before the purchase can be completed. A $25 transfer fee per firearm will be added to your invoice at pick up. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of property before bidding.  All information and descriptions are believed to be correct, however, no warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. All property is sold “as is, where is” and all sales are final. All bidding must be done online through Apro.bid. No load-out help will be provided on pick up day, so buyer will need to bring their own labor if needed.
