PAYMENT:
All items must be paid for within 1 hour of the end of the sale. Money will not be collected at pickup if your item is picked up at a late date. Total due to be in form of cash, credit card (3.7% processing fee) cashier's check, personal check with current letter of guarantee made to Top Tier Auctions, LLC, or pre-arranged wire transfer (buyer is responsible for wire fee of $20). Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer when applicable.

SHIPPING & PICKUP:
Top Tier Auctions will not be shipping any items from this sale. All items must be picked up on sale date or arrangements made with Auctioneer. Should you desire to hire a shipper, you will need to make all arrangements and items must be picked up during previously mentioned times.

GENERAL:
All items are sold in as-is condition. We may, at our discretion, provide our opinion as to the condition of items but do so with no guarantee or warranty. There will be no sales tax applied to any purchases.
