Auction Terms:
Health: All horses will have a Coggins test supplied by Shady Lane Ranch. A licensed Veterinarian will be on hand on sale day to provide health certificates needed by out of state buyers. Payment: All horses and tack must be paid for prior to the removal from premises. Payment accepted: Cash or Card. Credit/Debit cards will be assessed a 4% processing fee. Checks accepted with proper ID and proof of funds. No items removed until funds are verified. Any returned check will incur a $500 fee to Spencer Auction. Please note that payment for any horses purchased need made payable to Spencer Livestock Auction, while payment for other items should be made payable to Spencer Auction Group. Online buyers fee: All horses and associated tack will be available for online bidding. Successful online buyers will be assessed a 3% online premium. |
