Five Levels of Product Detail: Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we check for power, if applicable but not any further. We have not checked for extensive function / internal damage. Although website terms state that you need to inspect/test before you leave ("no refunds after leaving pick up location, contact manager right away"), we give you ONE WEEK from the date of pick up to contact us and request a return and refund. Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following: Items seems complete enough to function, Item powers on and seems to have all parts, but not further tested, Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional Open Box Untested Unknown Condition: Open Box Untested Unknown Condition represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, possible missing parts, some damage and we have not tested. These items can be a gamble due to conditions listed above. Please use inspection time to preview and test before you bid. Open Box items may not be returned, sold as is. This could be an item missing one or more key components, an item being only hardware, or an unknown item that we feel is incomplete.
