This is a large liquidation sale for the estate of the late owner of Sam Tate's Interior. Because there is such a large amount of fine art and furnishings the sale will be divided into 3 parts. Each sale will contain nothing from the previous sale. This second sale will run 5 days. All items will be available for phone, email and internet purchase after the sale has been opened to the public for 2 hours on July 24th. Shipping is available and arrangements can be made at the expense of the buyer. Numbers will be available by 6 AM on the morning of the 5th to hold your space in line for the sale. We open promptly at 9am. We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the building at any time. Please be courteous, patient and bring adequate help to load large items. |
