*BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items AS WELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality, cosmetics, etc.)
*All items must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, your responsible to take all of the items in that lot. For example, if you win an entire bedroom but only wanted the dresser, you're still responsible to remove all the other items in that bedroom lot. Your bidding availability may be restricted if you don't follow these guidelines.
*Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on and everything you bid on is included and correct.
