The last 20 lots are located in an adjacent garage and you can back to a bay door for loading.

The Brand Name of the furniture is Poppin ( https://www.poppin.com/ ). It is all high quality and in virtually new condition, this office was put together in early 2020 and only used sporadically since then.

All the desk work as they should except one (lot#), the majority of the monitors are View Sonic and have swing arm clamp on stands. They all power up, most have an HDMI cable but not all. All the Televisions are Sharp either 60" or 43" and will include a remote as well as a power cord and the wall mount hardware. The webcams are sold separate from the TV's They include a sound bar, camera and control tablet by NEAT. ( https://neat.no/ ) additionally there are 2 lots of 5 NEAT. Tablets.

We have no wiggle room on pick up All items must be cleared from this location by the stated dates. Inability to pick up does not relieve you of your obligation to pay. Your bid is an acceptance of these terms and a binding contract.

Items begin closing Thursday July 25th at 10:00AM, Pick up begins on Friday July 26h 10:00AM to 4:00PM, Saturday July 27th 10:00AM to 4:00PM and Sunday July 28th Noon to 4:00pm. Please schedule a pick-up this will insure we are ready and the loading area is available. Please wait to pull up to load until your items are dissembled and down the stairs.

We have made a couple of changes to our auctions due to rising costs for us. There will now be a 5% buyers premium as well as a 3% service charge on electronic payments. We will accept cash at time of pick up. Please let us know you wish to pay with cash and bring exact change, please. If paying cash you will need to notify by text that you are paying cash, please include the invoice number in the message. All item that are unpaid on the day after the auction closes will be charged to the card on file, unless cash payment notification has been sent.

Shipping will be available on select items, shipping is not free please contact us for shipping quote with destination zip code, all items ship from 84115. FYI shipping may cost more than the item won! Shipping takes up to 5 days to add Items will be shipped with the least expensive method available, usually UPS or USPS Ground Advantage.

Items not picked up by dates indicated for pick up will be assessed a $2 per day per auction lot storage fee. We do not have room to store auction item. If you bid please pick up your items. Once the storage fee equals the purchase price of the item BTeam will dispose of the item at their discretion. Shipping may also be added to items not picked up and the items will be shipped to the address listed with your account, if available, at BTeam's discretion.

These are the only pick up times available, items must be paid for and picked up by this time unless other arrangements are made.Shipping is available on select items please contact us for cost. You may also arrange shipping or pick-up through a third party once items are paid in full. We automatically charge the card on file the day following the close of auction. We prefer that you initiate payment.

All auctions have a soft close which means if a bid is received in the last 5 minutes it extends the time on the auction by 2 minutes. Auctions begin closing at 10am and close every 10 seconds thereafter unless extended by a bid in the last 5 minutes.
