First come - first serve! We do not have a sign up sheet so form a line outside the front door. You will have access to the sale promptly at 9am.
Once inside the estate, we have staff available to help you with your selections. We have a holding table for those items as well. We do not move or load furniture so please come prepared to move your own items before the sale ends! We accept Cash, ALL MAJOR Credit Cards, and all good checks. Please leave your bags and boxes in your vehicle. We provide baskets to help carry your items. A complimentary packing station is available when checking out. We are happy to provide SOLD tags once your items have been paid for. PARKING IS ONSITE and across the road. We appreciate your cooperation for adhering to designated parking locations. We do consider internet offers. We accept internet offers one half hour after the sale begins and if the item has not sold. We honor those who have been waiting in line! ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS. No guaranty or warranty. Wearing masks is at your descretion at this time. |

Complimentary wine and hors d’ oeuvres served along with a commemorative gift given to attendees. Reception tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door.
PART TWO Estate Sale Brick Store Museum Program Center 4 Dane St., Kennebunk, ME July 19, 20, 21 Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. daily
Joseph, a local Kennebunk, Maine resident, began selling his work in 1961 at the age of seventeen. For the last sixty-three years he has been making a full time living with his work.
With his impeccable eye for perspective and talent for capturing the mood of a moment, it is apparently clear just how Joseph's work transcends the typical levels of photographic abilities.
Joseph’s photographs have been exhibited at the E.B. Crocker Museum, the Oakland Museum, the North American Exposition and are in many private collections. His photographs have been published in US Camera, Popular Photography, B&W Magazine, Modern Bride, Ideal Books, Studio One, Focus Magazine and Sellers Publications.
