This Saturday and Sunday we are headed to The Encore Community in Monroe! The lovely woman who lives here is moving closer to her kids and decided she can't take most of her lifelong collections with her to her downsized home. We have so many treasures under one roof! We have a fabulous collection of Majorca pottery, tons of artwork, mid century modern pieces, asian decor items, rugs, Waterford crystal, Tiffany ceramic dish, glass top kitchen set, sofas, tons of costume jewelry, Murano Birds, rooster collection, frog collection, roll top desk, beautiful clothing, shoes and purses. Perfume bottles, tools, garage items, royal doultan items, outdoor items, and so much more!!! Don't miss this sale, some of these treasures haven't been for sale in 40 years!!!! 

This is a gated community so a sign up sheet will go out the morning of the sale at 9:00 as per community rules. PLEASE NOTE WHEN COMING TO THE SALE, THE ENTRANCE TO THE COMMUNITY IS ON PROSPECT PLAINS ROAD. IF YOU FOLLOW YOUR GPS IT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE RESIDENT ONLY GATE. ALSO ONCE THROUGH THE GATE MAKE YOUR FIRST LEFT AND FOLLOW YOUR NAVIGATION FROM THERE. THANK YOU.
