All sales are final. Examine items carefully before purchasing! We reserve the right to check large purses or bags at the cashier station and to charge correct pricing on items which have removed, changed or altered price stickers. Cash, checks (run through the TeleCheck system,) VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express accepted, debit or credit card totals over $10 appreciated. Brie’s does not charge you fees to use cards!
Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home, signup is at BRIESLINE.COM. The signups for ALL SALES launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. After signup, you will receive a text with a ticket confirming your position in line. When it is your turn to enter the home, we will text you using this system and you will have access to a status page which will let you know where you are in line. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 20 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use. This spacious condo with basement located in the Country Club Villas of Rob Roy features vintage traditional furniture, home and holiday decor, collectibles including a Lladro nativity set, clothing and accessories, camera equipment, outdoor furniture and more. The lady of the house lived to the amazing age of 106 and was the very first resident of Rob Roy. She was an artist by hobby and there are lots of art supplies, easels etc. in addition to her original work. The family would like the home cleared out so everything must go! Items For Sale
