- If, for any reason, Winchester Auctioneers is unable to make available any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect to any purchase at time of pickup, the sole liability of Winchester Auctioneers., if any, shall be the return of any paid monies in respect of such purchase upon its return by purchaser.
If item is not picked up by buyer upon last pick up day it will become property of Winchester Auctioneers and buyer will risk future bidding black list.

PAYMENT

- Payment must be made before item(s) are removed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS NOR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE.

- IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY THE LAST SCHEDULED PICK UP DAY, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED IN DEFAULT. Upon default, the bidder may be black listed/blocked from bidding on any future Winchester Auctioneers. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified bidder at the discretion of Winchester Auctioneers.

- The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Winchester Auctioneers in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a late fee of (20%) of the outstanding balance per week will be added to any unpaid balance due Winchester Auctioneers. Should item still be available. Any dispute will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.
PICKUP & SHIPPING

Items are to be picked up on the arranged pickups day(s). If you are not able to do so, you must notify Winchester Auctioneers IMMEDIATELY and other arrangements must be made ASAP. Any specialized arrangement for pickup outside of the scheduled dates may be subject to an additional $30 fee. All items must be picked up within 3 days of the auction's end date. Items left after that time will be forfeited back to Winchester Auctioneers. NO REFUNDS will be issued.

Bidders are solely responsible for packing, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Winchester Auctioneers once outside the location. Winchester Auctioneers will NOT supply any tools, boxes or packing materials. The winning bidder on large items needs to bring help and equipment to load the item(s).

Need shipping? Arrange yourself or try The UPS Store in Dunmore (570) 558-6300. I will deliver small items there as a courtesy within 7 day of close.

Items not picked-up or claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 10 days post-sale.

Arts & Crafts Mission furniture, Art Deco, MCM, Massive Hall Tree Stand, Politics, Beer & Other Advertising, Farmhouse Primitives, Lighting, Art, Clocks and more! Original estate of James F. Lally, the past Burgess of Mayfield, organizer and director of the Mayfield State Bank, Mayfield hotel and bar proprietor, chief county assessor, tax collector and councilman. He was known around town as the "Mayor" and is said "to have held practically every office in the borough" during the 1920's, etc. No sales tax will be collected for this estate. Pick up will be at the estate property in Greenfield Township a few miles from Finch Hill and Clifford. Address to be announced one day prior to pick up day on Sunday, July 28th. You must not miss the one day only pick up extended hours date. Mr. Lally's daughter lived in the house until her passing last year. She previously arranged for Dr. Lori to appraise 2 items and she ended up appraising a portion of the home's contents. You will see a few of the appraisal pages. Most of the furniture offered is originally from a home at 1516 Sanderson Ave. (see framed photo and newspaper article) in Scranton built by Scranton developer James G. Sanderson, since razed in 1947. Mr. Sanderson sold "Mansion House" to Conrad Schroeder a builder of many Scranton homes and buildings. He lived there with his wife until his death in 1903 and his wife until her passing in 1941. The furniture was purchased about that time by James F. Lally as he had just constructed this estate home where the furniture remains today. The first lot kicks off at 6:00pm and each consecutive lot staggers 22 seconds thereafter. There is a 2 minute soft close. Credit cards and cash accepted on premises. Items shipped must pay by pay by Zelle or Venmo Payments. UPS is paid separately after we drop off as a courtesy and they call you. You acknowledge terms by bidding. Photos help serve as a descripton.

Arts & Crafts Mission furniture, Art Deco, MCM, Massive Hall Tree Stand, Politics, Beer & Other Advertising, Farmhouse Primitives, Lighting, Art, Clocks and more! Original estate of James F. Lally, the past Burgess of Mayfield, organizer and director of the Mayfield State Bank, Mayfield hotel and bar proprietor, chief county assessor, tax collector and councilman. He was known around town as the "Mayor" and is said "to have held practically every office in the borough" during the 1920's, etc. No sales tax will be collected for this estate. Pick up will be at the estate property in Greenfield Township a few miles from Finch Hill and Clifford. Address to be announced one day prior to pick up day on Sunday, July 28th. You must not miss the one day only pick up extended hours date. Mr. Lally's daughter lived in the house until her passing last year. She previously arranged for Dr. Lori to appraise 2 items and she ended up appraising a portion of the home's contents. You will see a few of the appraisal pages. Most of the furniture offered is originally from a home at 1516 Sanderson Ave. (see framed photo and newspaper article) in Scranton built by Scranton developer James G. Sanderson, since razed in 1947. Mr. Sanderson sold "Mansion House" to Conrad Schroeder a builder of many Scranton homes and buildings. He lived there with his wife until his death in 1903 and his wife until her passing in 1941. The furniture was purchased about that time by James F. Lally as he had just constructed this estate home where the furniture remains today. The first lot kicks off at 6:00pm and each consecutive lot staggers 22 seconds thereafter. There is a 2 minute soft close. Credit cards and cash accepted on premises. Items shipped must pay by pay by Zelle or Venmo Payments. Lally, the past Burgess of Mayfield, organizer and director of the Mayfield State Bank, Mayfield hotel and bar proprietor, chief county assessor, tax collector and councilman. He was known around town as the "Mayor" and is said "to have held practically every office in the borough" during the 1920's, etc. No sales tax will be collected for this estate. Pick up will be at the estate property in Greenfield Township a few miles from Finch Hill and Clifford. Address to be announced one day prior to pick up day on Sunday, July 28th. You must not miss the one day only pick up extended hours date. Mr. Lally's daughter lived in the house until her passing last year. She previously arranged for Dr. Lori to appraise 2 items and she ended up appraising a portion of the home's contents. You will see a few of the appraisal pages. Most of the furniture offered is originally from a home at 1516 Sanderson Ave. (see framed photo and newspaper article) in Scranton built by Scranton developer James G. Sanderson, since razed in 1947. Mr. Sanderson sold "Mansion House" to Conrad Schroeder a builder of many Scranton homes and buildings. He lived there with his wife until his death in 1903 and his wife until her passing in 1941. The furniture was purchased about that time by James F. Lally as he had just constructed this estate home where the furniture remains today. The first lot kicks off at 6:00pm and each consecutive lot staggers 22 seconds thereafter.
