All bidders are responsible to know what item they are bidding on. There are no chargebacks on credit card purchases. All items are to be inspected personally by the bidder and you have the option of having equipmentcheck.com hired to inspect the items prior to the auction. **ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES! The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.
