Live Auctions: All purchases must be paid for auction day & within 1 hour after auction has ended. Online Auctions: All purchases must be paid for before the items can be picked up or shipped. Payment can be made by cash, local check,ï¿½or credit card through PayPal. ï¿½ 3.ï¿½There is a 13% Buyers Premium on all purchases, 10% if paid by cash or check. 4. Sales tax will be collected unless a valid Texas Resale Certificate or Farm Exemption Certificate is presented at check-in.ï¿½ The item(s) must be agriculture or forestry related, and qualify according to the Texas Comptrollers Office list. ï¿½ 5. All items are sold as is - where is - with no warranties or guarantees.
