Some items due to size or weight will need to be shipped via USPS. We have had too many issues with FedEx (lost packages, broken packages, etc) so we prefer not to use them. Due to the passing of Ms. Mote we have been asked to liquidate the items of the estate. 620 Husqvarna YTH22V46 Lawn Tractor Husqvarna YTH22V46 lawn tractor, 46" cut, 22 hp Brigg engine, battery is dead and would not start, unknown engine hrs, hood does have some damage to it. Complete machine, unknown condition of tractor. 621 3pt Mounted Log Splitter Three point mount log splitter, hydraulic drive, had flow control on top, unsure of overall condition. Looks to be a complete unit with good point. 622 Antique Horse Drawn Buggy Antique horse drawn buggy, for use with one horse, frame and undercarriage appear to be good, does need some upholster work done. Wheels and Shafts look to be good as well. Main part of buggy appears good. Was not able to locate any badging on the b... 623 Wheelbarrow Metal wheelbarrow with no wheel, body is in good condition, does need to have wheel put on. Good metal bottom and good wooden handles. 624 Vintage Huffy Bicycle Vintage Huffy bicycle, is complete, fenders and frame are good. Has chain cover as well. 625 VIntage Western Flyer Bicycle Vintage Western Flyer bicycle, complete, does need to have some repair to the seat, girls type bike. Fenders and frame are good. 626 Wooden Framed Windows & Door Older set of wooden framed windows also comes with wooden frame door. 627 Plastic Car Carrier Plastic car carrier for the top of car or van, in good condition, no mounting bracket with carrier. 628 Pony Cart Two wheeled pony cart, steel construction, looks to be in good condition, made for one animal. 629 Antique Wheelchair Antique wheelchair, wood and metal construction, does roll and turn as it should, unsure of vintage of this. Solid old chair. 630 Walk Behind Cultivator Vintage walk behind cultivator, two shovels, in good condition, wooden handles. 631 Walk Behind Plow Single shovel walk behind plow or cultivator, wooden handles, in good condition. 632 Multi-Speed Drill Press Small table top multi-speed drill press, 110v, has not been tested, looks to be complete, table is adjustable. Made by Buffalo tool company 633 Full Bed Frame Full size bed frame, metal frame with wooden headboard, no footboard with bed. Spindle type headboard. 634 Small Chest Type Freezer Small chest type freezer, fairly clean item. Approx 7-10 cubic feet of storage, Haier brand. Did work when taken frame property, 110 volt. 635 Pedestal Sink Pedestal porcelain sink, no hardware with sink, still in nice condition, no glazing is missing or cracked. Does need to be cleaned before installed. 636 Wooden Dining Chair Wooden dining style chair, does have padded seat, still in good condition, ornate back and good seat. 637 Vintage School Desk Vintage wooden school desk, bench type seat in front and desktop on back, has spot for inkwell in desk top. Seat does fold up, has been stripped and just need to be refinished. Steel frame. 638 Vintage Zenith Radio Vintage Zenith console type radio, is 110v, was not tested, appears to be missing tuning knob, back is open, complete with tubes as well. Veneer is coming off one side but almost complete unit. Doesn't appear it would take much to get working, grea... 639 Wooden Chairs Three wooden chairs, two are cane bottomed chairs, one is missing caning, but still a solid chair. Other does have caning but unsure of overall condition of cane. Third chair is solid wood. Cane chairs are mates. 641 Step Stools Three step stools, two are folding and in good condition, one is Cosco brand. Also comes with small plastic type. 642 Little Red Wagon Little red wagon with wooden side boards, larger tires. Chassis is a little wobbly, appears to have been modified. Bottom is good in wagon 643 Wooden Box Vintage appearing wooden box, has flip up lid, does have some writing on top but unable to make out what it says. Really nice patina, good solid bottom. 644 Wooden Wash Stand Vintage appearing wash stand, good finish, Includes bowl and pitcher. Good construction, no major damage to stand. 645 Nightstand Wooden nightstand with two drawers, does have some slight water damage to finish on one side. Drawers are solid and work as they should. Large crack in top where boards were put together. Still a nice solid piece. 646 Walker & Shower Chair Very nice newer appearing walker. Wheels on front for easy maneuvering, does fold for easy storage. Comes with plastic shower chair. 647 Wooden Stepstool/Chair Combo This piece has been made to be used as a small step stool and chair, folds for chair or stool. Great piece, good finish, locks probably do need to be replaced for safety. 648 Vintage End Table Vintage end table, does lean to one side slightly, some finish is damaged, a couple of the hardware pieces are missing as well. A few minor repairs and back to great condition. 649 Vinatge Steamer Trucnk Wooden vintage steamer trunk, does have removable tray, good solid trunk. 650 Jewelry Box w/ Legs Upright jewelry or storage box on legs. Top opens for storage area, does have one leg that needs to be tightened or repaired, some finish is coming off. Still good piece. 651 Wagon Wheel Lighting Fixture Wooden wagon wheel lighting fixture, three lights, no wire exposed to be connected. Unsure of overall condition of electric. 652 Bissell Upright Carpet Cleaner Bissell upright carpet cleaner, does have a couple of attachments with unit, has not been tested but otherwise looks like in working order. 653 Blonde Sewing Cabinet Blonde colored sewing cabinet, no sewing machine with piece. Drawers do need some attention as they are a little off. Solid piece and in good condition. 654 Earthen Ware Lamp Earthen ware lamp, good condition, does have name of manufacturer but was not able to make it out. Comes with lamp shade and looks to be in working order. Was not tested. 655 Firewood Stand Metal firewood stand, does appear to be missing a couple bolts but still in good condition. Great for the porch or house. 656 Plastic Shelving Units Plastic shelving units, gray could have some pieces missing but everything is solid. All look to be good. 660 Mid Century Modern Floor Lamps Wooden based floor lamp in Mid Century Modern style, 110v, does come with shade. Has not been tested. 661 Wooden Stand Vintage wooden stand, one of the trim pieces has pulled away from main stand. Good condition, great color to this piece. HAs set of drawers in stand. Made by Willett and solid cherry wood. 662 Grinding Stone Large grinding stone and stand. Good condition and looks like can be used, has belt pulley on one side. 663 Cloth Large amount of cloth, comes with nice tote with lid. Various styles and colors of cloth. 664 Vintage Lard Press Vintage lard press, is missing inside mesh piece, is frozen but the major parts are with the press. 664 Vintage Thermometer Vintage Fellman Drug store thermometer, does work, wood backed, painted and brass colored accent. 665 Cream Can Vintage metal cream can, lid is rusted fast, good bottom and no markings on this. 666 Milk Cans Set of metal milk cans, one does have some damage one the bottom, both lids are missing. One does have some embossing on the side but was not able to be read. 667 Coal Bucket & Copper Bucket Galvanized coal bucket and copper bucket. The copper bucket does have some major damage to it but coal bucket is in good condition. Still really nice decor pieces. 668 Copper Kettle & Ladle Copper kettle and ladle, kettle does have some damage to it, lid is down in kettle, ladle has some bumps and bruises but still good. Long handle on ladle. 669 Railroad Lanterns & Globe Set of railroad lanterns and glass globe. One lantern is in very good condition with all parts, read and clear lenses. Unsure what all brands are included in lot. One small Vick's bottle along with what appears to be a perfume or liquor set of bottles in leather case. 677 Misc Larger Bottles Set of vintage bottles. There is one amber bottle marked Wagner and Union City, OH marking. Various other bottles with lot. 678 Wooden Washboard Wooden and metal washboard, vintage, comes from the Columbus Washboard Company in Columbus, OH very nice condition 679 Vintage Spice Rack Vintage spice rack with several spice containers. All are milk white, a couple are missing caps and comes in plastic holder. Neat set 680 Sad Irons Set of vintage clothes irons, one is a true sad iron along with vintage electric iron, no cord with electric, great decor pieces. 681 Vintage Ingredient Cans Set of vintage ingredient cans, this includes: a large Clabber Girl baking powder can, a 3 lbs coffee can from Richmond, IN and a cocoa can, this does have a large dent in bottom but a nice display piece. 682 Graniteware Set of graniteware, comes with ladle, pan and cup. All in good condition, pan does have some staining but believe it can be cleaned. Some chipping and rust but still in good condition can be used or used for decor purposes. 683 Antique Items Features several antique kitchen items. Comes with wooden spoons, spatula, brass mister, porcelain ladle and hog scraper. Really nice display or pieces to use. 684 Salt & Peppers Several salt and pepper shakers. A few sets but several individual salt and peppers as well. All appear to be good and useable. 685 Flatware Large grouping of flatware, comes with knives, forks and spoons. Some steak knives with lot as well. All appear to be good and majority are stainless steel. 686 Meat Grinder Metal meat grinder with two screens and does have wooden pusher, fits on mixer, in good condition and clean. 687 Plastic Wares Several pieces of plastic wars, this includes tray, cups and Quaker Oats cup as well. All in good condition and able to be used. 688 Kitchen Utensils Several kitchen utensils, rolling pins, ladles, strainers and more. All appear to be good and useable condition. 689 Cast Iron This features pieces of cat iron. Comes with small round griddle, Wagner number 8 skillet and cornbread pan. The cornbread pan does need to be cleaned but others are good and appear to need to be seasoned. No major cracks or breaks in cast iron. 690 Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls Set of stainless steel mixing bowls, various sizes, this is not a matching set. Still in good useable condition. 691 Baking Dishes Several baking dishes, majority of these are metal. Loaf pans, muffin tins, bundt pans and other baking pans. All are in good condition. 692 Knives Several knives, various styles and kinds, does comes with wooden block as well. Differing brands and styles, all are in good condition. 693 Cooking Pans Various cooking pans, pots and skillets, lids are with these pans, all in useable condition. 694 Toaster Oven Toaster oven, does appear to be complete, has not been tested. Is 110v. 695 Dehumidifier Small portable dehumidifier, does work, was working when taken from property, 2 piece, 110v. 696 Corningware Dishes Two corningware dishes, are in good condition and come with extra lids. 697 Pyrex Dishesl Two Pyrex brand dishes, comes with lids, diffferemt patterns but still in good condition. 698 Kitchen Appliances Several kitchen appliances, comes with stand mixer, hand mixers and beaters. Also has crockpot in lot as well. Nothing has been tested but looks to be good and complete. 699 Kitchen Appliances Small lot of kitchen appliances. This features, blender, small food processor and coffee pot with extra karef. These have not been tested but look to be complete and in working order. 700 Cups & Tumblers Nice group of coffee cups and tumblers. These are all glass, good condition and useable. 701 Copper Cookware Small lot of copper cookware, comes with cooking pot, kettle, pan and more. All look to be in good condition and able to be used. 702 Wooden Bowls Set of non-matching wooden bowls, two do match and appear to be a matching set. Others are misc bowls. One does appear to be vintage and other is nut bowl. 703 Vintage Toys Set of vintage toys, this comes with a Tom Thumb cash register, most of the buttons do work on this a couple do not hold. Also includes poker chip set, recorder and Playskool abacus. 704 Glass Globe Glass hand painted globe, In good condition, no major damage or chips in this. 705 Milk White Glass Two pieces of milk white pieces, both are good and not marked. 706 Three Milk White Glass Globes Set of three different milk white glass globes for lamps, all are different unsure of vintage. No major damage or chips in these. 707 Joe St Clair Candle Stick Holder Joe St Clair candle stick holder, is stamped and in good condition. Great floral pattern. 708 Misc Glass Pieces Lot of smaller misc glass pieces, all look to be good. Crackle glass included, blue toothpick holder is marked Fenton. 709 Small Snack Tray Small snack tray, possible Fenton, is not marked but looks to be Fenton, is not signed but painted on. Very nice condition, no major damage or chips. 710 Glass Dishes Two glass dishes, appear to be hand blown gas, in good condition, no marks on these. 711 Misc Glass Set of misc glass pieces, pitches, candy dishes and more. All of these are unmarked pieces. 712 Fenton Vase Very nice Fenton vase, no major damage or chips, pastel color, in great condition. 713 Glass Basket This is a very nice glass basket that is hand painted and signed. This is not marked Fenton be believed to be Fenton. Great condition with no major flaws, cracks or chips. 714 Fluted Hand Painted Vase Fluted hand painted vase, this is signed, believed to be Fenton but not marked. Very good condition with no major flaws, chips or cracks. 715 Glass Heart Shaped Box w/ Lid Glass heart shaped box with lid, very nice condition. This is free of any cracks, chips or breaks, is marked Fenton. 716 Fenton Eggs Set of Fenton glass eggs, matte finish, in good condition, free of any major flaws. 717 Fenton Glass Bunnies Set of two Fenton glass rabbits, good condition and in a matte finish. 718 Fenton Glass Ducks Set of three Fenton glass ducks, all free of major flaws, great condition. 719 Silver Plate Large grouping of silver plate items. Comes with several collector type spoons, tea set with two pitchers. On pitcher is damaged but handle is present. No shade included as well. 727 Glass Bowls & Stand Two glass bowls and stand, bowls are good and stand in good as well. 728 Ice Bucket & More Lot features a vintage ice bucket and cocktail garnishment tray. All appear to be in good condition. 729 Clear Glass Lot Large lot of clear glass, comes with snack plates, salad plates, shot glasses and stem ware. All appear to be good, one punch bowl still in box in lot. 730 Plastic File Cases Two plastic file cases, good lids and bottoms, good condition. Small amount of file folders in one. 731 Bell Oriental motif bell, bell appears to be brass and wood frame, ornate carving. 732 Decor Plates Set of three decor plates, all these are metal but one wooden one. 733 Two Large Bowls Tow large glass bowls, one does have large chip out of side. One is really nice and hand painted. 734 Cast Iron Three pieces of cast iron, dutch oven with no lid, large tea kettle and casserole dish, none of these are marked and do need to be cleaned but still good. 735 Coco Clock' Wooden coco clock, does have weights and chains, looks to be complete. Comes with smaller clock as well. Unsure of overall condition of these. 736 Home Decor Misc home decor items, coasters and more. 737 Ice Cream & Sundae Dishes Several ice cream and sundae dishes, majority of these are glass with some plastic intermixed. 738 Tea Kettles Small lot of tea kettles, one does have some major damage other is in good condition. Comes with other glass items. 739 Canister Sets Two sets of canister sets and some misc pieces as well. They all are good and have lids. |
