We hope this finds everyone healthy, safe and well. We are excited to present the next Crystal Clear Advisors estate sale for your viewing. We have updated our protocol regarding masks, based on CDC recommendations. Please read the below information carefully.
** CCA does NOT utilize a manual numbering system for entry into the home. ** Admittance into the home depending on the layout, will be somewhat limited to allow for crowd control. ** Patrons are NOT required to wear face masks, however feel free to use your own discretion. ** We do ask that All Patrons be mindful and courteous of their peers while we migrate to the "new normal." ** CCA Staff are 100% vaccinated. ** CCA Staff will be wearing face masks at their own discretion. ** Windows and doors will be open as weather permits for extra ventilation. ** Sanitation stations will be available for hand washing only. ** PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS AVAILABLE FOR USE OTHER THAN HAND WASHING. ** Cash and Credit Card Only - No checks are accepted. (A 3% service charge will be added to all credit card purchases.) ** Applicable Sales Tax will be added to all purchases ** Items sold As Is/No Refunds/No Returns/No Exchanges/All Sales are Final ** Please inspect your items prior to purchase - CCA never packs your items for you ** We are unable to provide pricing prior to the sale, and there will be NO pre-sales or requests to hold items. First come/First served ** Please be prepared to move your own items the day of sale. CCA is unable to assist with moving any item(s). All items must be removed from the home preferably on the day the item was purchased. If not, you can arrange to pick up NO LATER THAN 1:00pm on Sunday. ~~Make sure you obtain a receipt for all purchases you plan to pick up. Again, we will not be able to assist with any moving of items. WE CAN PROVIDE NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS OF LOCAL MOVERS. While the mask requirements have relaxed, we are still determined to provide a safe estate sale experience for you! ESTATE SALE - SMOKE RISE AREA This is a LARGE ranch on a full basement and is full of great items. To start, if you are a "gear head" there are car parts all over the enormous basement that once housed seven (7) automobiles. There is a 1966 manual 4-speed Corvette Stingray with a big block 427ci engine for sale, and boy does she rumble. Her electric headlights work fine, her convertible top is in pristine condition, as is the interior. Did we mention that she is a sexy blue color? Come and see her for yourself. She is waiting for you. NO lowball offers will be considered. Appraisal info is available upon request. Additionally, there is a Honda Pilot with over 280,000 miles on it, and it runs like a charm. Clean interior, service records, minor body dents, but it is a Honda and will run forever if you treat her right as the owners have done. She is ready to be driven to a new home. You will also find a 1988 Mustang GT 302 Roller Cam engine, various air condition compressors, parts, hubcaps, windows, 4 barrel intake manifolds, fan blade assemblies, various tools and so much more. Various engine stands, storage cabinets & drawers, and other useful items also for sale. When you are upstairs, you will come across more crystal than most department stores have on their display shelves. If there is a serving dish you are looking for, you are certain to find it here. Glassware & china is in abundance. If it is furniture you desire, you will see MCM, antiques, kitchen tables, dining room sets, bedroom sets, etc. Many lamps, artwork (lots of watercolors) are hanging throughout the home. You name it, and you will find it here. **We do not maintain a sign-in sheet, so get here early and retain your spot in line. ** NOTE: Coming soon, this 4,000+ sq. ft. house will be for sale, so use this opportunity to take a sneak peek before it goes on the market.
