Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS Condition at the time of auction, all sales are final.  All bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  By registering for the auction and obtaining a bidder's number, all registrants are agreeing to all auction terms advertised and to any announcements made the day of auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We Accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID.  We Also Accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% Transaction Fee.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the Transaction Fee Waived on Personal Item Purchases Only.
