PICK-UP: All items will be available to be picked up at JP's Estate Liquidation, 20 Hwy V, Harviell Mo. on July 8, 2024 between 9am - 3pm CST. Email us at jpsauctions@gmail.com if other arrangements need to be made. Invoices will be emailed at the end of the auction closing and invoices must be paid before items can be picked up. Paying by Cash is available at pickup. The JP's Estate Liquidation Auction Service staff is always willing to help during the p/u times, but please do not expect us to move, carry or load items for you. You must be able to carry and load your own items, and provide any boxes and/or packing material needed for transportation of items. SHIPPING IN-HOUSE: JP's Estate Liquidation will hold your items for one week (7 days) after the auction ends, you will receive a text and email with instructions on pickup or shipping within 24hrs of the auction closing. If we do not hear back from you, we will assume you no longer need the items purchased and we will dispose of the items. Please understand that we have to pack your items so that they arrive safely. With that being said, there will be a cost for packaging and shipping. Please make sure you are considering the extra cost of packaging and shipping charges for the items you purchase. The shipping & packaging charges will vary.

Bidding Ends: July 5th at 6pm CST Bidding Notice: This is an Online - Internet Only - Timed Auction. When bidding, just enter your maximum bid. The system will bid on your behalf using only what it needs to keep you in the lead. This feature is the surest way to win the items you're interested in at the lowest possible price. We have a two-minute soft close policy on each lot. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot�s initial closing time, a two-minute extension would be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.
