2. Item never leaves custody of K.D.Smith Auctions prior to its submission for authentication to ANACS, SGC or PSA
If coin is determined to be not authentic or altered by ANACS or the autograph or sports card is determined to be not authentic by SGC or PSA the successful bidder will be refunded the complete purchase price excluding authentication service. If items is deemed authentic successful bidder pays all fees.

Payment: 15% buyers premium, 3% fee for credit card, 6% state sales tax for PA residents unless provided with current state sales tax exemption certificate. K. D. Smith Auctions accepts Visa/MC/Discover, Certified Funds, Money Order, Cash & Paypal. The bidding is open and all 1200+ lots are currently on display and available for inspection, by appointment, at our Auction Gallery at 80 Pacific Drive, Quakertown PA. The bidding ends on Thursday July 25th starting at 6:00 PM EST.
