This home is PACKED with an eclectic array of treasures spanning multiple generations. This is a PICKING SALE. Due to the high merchandise volume, some items will be priced at the checkout table. The community yard sale is also on Saturday! PUBLIC ESTATE SALE Sale Terms: – All items will be priced for “cash & carry.” This is not an auction. -We accept cash, Venmo, and credit cards with purchases over $20; a 5% service fee will be applied to CC. -Absolutely NO PRESALES. Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY. -You May Line Up: TWO ENTRANCES Entrance 1: Front Door (Please line up at the BOTTOM of the front steps: Access to the front porch, all areas inside the home, back patio, and back yard. Entrance 2: Garage: Garage Items & Blow Molds – We encourage you to arrive early as an entry line does form. We limit the number of buyers in the building for our buyers' safety. If a line forms, we appreciate your patience. -Please follow parking signs. -Absolutely NO HOLDS -We DO NOT disclose pricing before sale. -Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with sizable items. We encourage you to bring your SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS or Items placed in the HOLDING AREA- -Please Park respectively. Street parking only.
