This week's sale is happening in the heart of Central Scottsdale - just couple blocks away from Fashion Square Mall! The home has just sold for close to 2 million dollars, and all furnishings, art, linens, great decor, kitchen items, bedding is all up for sale! This is a four bedroom home so please expect to see multiple beds with mostly like new mattresses - and so we will be selling one Twin mattress with box spring by Dream Cloud, the same brand full size mattress, four Queen mattresses with box springs - basically like new, similar to Purple Brand and texture, and one King like new similar to Purple brand mattress and box spring - please note all beds have like new headboards/frames - mostly from Living Spaces and Macy's... They are contemporary, and very presentable - and will be sold at an absolute bargain. 

We have a few rugs for sale here too - two 8x10 Surya teal and pink accent contemporary rugs, and couple similar size indoor/outdoor rugs as well. We also have tons of brand new bedding sets for sale here, many brand new mattress toppers, duvet covers, tons of accent pillows, different size sheet sets, some clothings, and more...

The living room presents the biggest tv - which is the 60 inch only few years old Vizio smart tv - while other bedrooms have a 50 inch and 45 inch like new Vizio smart tvs for sale too.. We also have a set of two contemporary Macy's tufted seat sofas - very comfortable and in great condition! There is also a pair of oversized blue/gray striped chairs with custom linen upholstery - in the same room, as well as contemporary gray tv console and stained concrete top coffee table. The dining room has a very cool table consisting of custom glass top sitting on wooden X base, with contrasting red leather dining chairs. The bar chairs are very comfortable too and in gray color and chrome frame they are a guarantee to match any contemporary kitchen!

Please note there are a lot more kitchen items than presented in photos - we have a microwave, a brand new 4 slice toaster, multiple coffee makers, tons of plates - from ceramic to porcelain, to plastic, small and  big kitchen accessories by OXO, Kitchenaid and more... The bathrooms also have plenty of accessories, hair dryers, towel sets, etc.. 

The decor around the house is very contemporary and mostly metal, or bold yet very contemporary again - with multiple canvas in different teal, gray or yellow/green and red colors - we have flower art, some mirrors, contemporary and chic lamps, including desk lamps, floor lamps, two different office chairs, a small desk, a look a like Herman Miller orange chair, among other great finds. This sale is a must see! The location alone is absolutely amazing, and near to every hot spot, restaurant or store in Central Scottsdale, basically across the street from Paradise Valley with some great finds inside!!! We'd love to see you this weekend!
