AUCTIONEER’S NOTE:  Having spent the last 25 years here, Steve and Kathy have decided to move closer to family.  This property has been their oasis and they have put a lot of time into making this place what it is.  This property truly present multiple opportunities, it truly can serve several wants and/or needs.  This will be a nice Friday evening auction, auction will be held on top the hill at the 12000 sq. ft. building.  You will not be disappointed.  There is a nice line-up of chattels as well.  We look forward to seeing you on the 12th.  We will have a port-a-let and food available.  Not responsible for accidents or loss.  Any announcements on auction day take precedence over printed material.
