We've been preparing this house for quite some time - as it is an absolute gem of Fountain Hills. It has multiple pieces of art, including a seriolithograph by Tarkay, a limited Times Square litho print by Alexander Chen, multiple original small and large oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings  - there will be a lot of fine art within this household. Many pieces have gallery receipts or certificates of authenticity. 

This family not only owned multiple homes but is into some serious collecting. We'll have tons of pieces of art, as mentioned, as well as a large collection of signed glass or crystal paper weights. We will have paperweights signed by Eickholt, glass house, Isle of Weight and Murano paperweights as well as hand blown and art glass ones. Majority of them are dated to 1980's and 90's. 

The kitchen and collection of like new or brand new kitchen acessories, flatware sets, new pots and pans is truly overwhelming. We have about five different flatware sets for sale here, including Oneida, rustic contemporary set, Reed & Barton, among other ones. We'll be selling a few different Le Creuset pieces, among which a brand new Le Creuset 6 qt black dutch oven will be for sale too! Pots and pans are by many well known brands, such as Calphalon, Anolon, All Clad, Copper Chef and Emeril - most like new or slightly used and of very high quality. Some of the limited edition Williams Sonoma dishes, Higginbotham pottery, among other glazed pottery will be found here, as well as newer model of KitchenAid Artisan 5qt standing mixer, Anolon wok, multiple coffee makers - by brands such as Keurig, Cuisinart, French coffee press pots by Bodum, multiple Braun coffee grinders, a professional/restaurant grade Hamilton Beach Countertop triple spindle drink mixer. There are tons of plates and platters from Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, collectible Rice Krispies and other Kellogs cereal plates, Fitz and Floyd hand painted mugs and plates, Royal Doulton porcelain set, Wusthof, KitchenAid and Henckels knives, Cutco and Wiss scissors, and so much more!

Please note that the cars in the pictures do not work - however are all available for sale and will need to be towed at buyer's expense. We do have two good condition mopeds for sale here - by Honda and Yamaha with barely any miles on it, which have been used only a handful of times. There are also a lot of appliances, such as oversized wine fridge, freezers, and refridgerators for sale in this household, along with multiple chrome racks on wheels by Organized Living, garage shelves, tons of hand tools, and elecric tools, including wireless drills by Ryobi. The corded tool galore is here too - with name brands such as Dewalt, Husky, Ryobi, Black & Decker, Milwaukee, Craftsman, and more.

Please note the furniture in this house is exquisite and available for sale as well - including the unique copper and wrought iron bistro tall table in the kitchen, the iron leg counter chairs in the same room, as well as rustic hand carved tall sideboard/buffet  in the family room. Some of the extravagant pieces include the Williston Forge Aljohara Surface Framed armoire/cabinet with copper, wood and galvanized metal detail. Many of the rugs inside have just been unrolled to show the pattern and are brand new. The leather furniture selection is also very impressing, and you may expect to see here a set of two leather Louix XV Bergere Chairs in great condition, multiple brown leather and iron leg side ottomans, an Old Hickory distressed leather sofa/settee  with custom leather and fabric cushions, and same color matching accent chairs. We will also have a custom fabric oversized sectional, a fabric custom loveseat, numerous headboards and like new mattresses for sale - one in King size, and two full size. One of the headboards is a custom carved German wood headboard and will be available for purchase as well. The Michael Amini vanity with mirrored drawers is very contemporary and will be available for sale in one of the downstairs bedrooms. 

Please note that majority of the women's shoes here are size 7.5 or 8 and are either new or like new and are by Coach, Calvin Klein, etc, even the boots or cowboy boots by Tony Llama! The clothing is present everywhere, mostly for women - sizes from 6 to 8, some bigger ones too. We will have brand new Michael Kors dresses, Ann Taylor, Ann Klein, beautiful fox fur jacket, along with two minks and a stole, tons of brand new purses - mostly by Ralph lauren, BCBG, Calvin Klein, etc.

There will be a lot of Southwestern and Native American collectibles here, including hand made dream catchers - with fetish carved bears, native arrow creations, two different longhorn skulls, rustic ladders, Navajo large 5x7 handmade rug hanging on the wall, Oaxacan wood sculptures, signed by different artists, Native handmade baskets.

The family also participated in the 2002 Salt Lake City olympics - and you may find multiple posters professionally framed from that year, as well as hats, plush toys still brand new in the box, signed artistic posters or photo art, and other collectibles. We will also present some Michigan State University collectible items - blankets, mugs, hats and collectible Northwestern photo art.

There is a fair amount of antiques in this house too - from dolls to small pieces of furniture, to Japanese black lacquer 4 piece wood panel with mother pearl and gemstone detail, to antique books, vintage and antique barber items and razors, vintage and antique playing cards and games, and so much more. We will have a selection of jewelry here as well - many costume pieces, but also a good amount of sterling cuffs, earrings, necklaces, pendants, and more - some Native American with Turquoise, Onyx, Malakit and other stones...
