A 10% (Cash or Check) non-refundable down payment is required from the successful bidder on the day of the auction. The balance is due at closing within 40 days. DEED & CLOSING: The seller will provide Deed and Title Insurance warranting that the property is free and clear of all mortgages, liens and encumbrances that do not interfere with its normal and customary use. Taxes are $1,457.32 a half and shall be prorated to the day of closing. The real estate is being sold subject to any and all legal easements of record.
