All large items must be picked up by the purchaser before the last hour of the last day of the sale. Purchaser must bring appropriate labor to move the item, Ginny’s staff does not move large items. Any items left at the end of the sale, without making arrangements with Ginny’s, will be deemed forfeit, no refunds will be made. Ginny’s is unable to answer questions regarding sale items via phone, text, email prior to or during the estate sales. Once the sale is over, the items are not available.

Due to very limited parking, we kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time to secure a parking spot. There is no additional parking available within easy walking distance. Our location is accessed via a scenic, wooded driveway off a narrow, winding street in Edmonds, with no shoulder. While the journey may be a bit challenging, the unique finds awaiting you will make it well worth the effort!
