All furnishings must be picked up before close of the sale.

The number of people allowed in at one time may vary depending on the size of the estate.

Please note to enable us to focus on preparation of the in person sales, we do not provide pricing and measurements ahead.

Each sale is on a "first come, first serve" basis, therefore, there are no limitations on how many items and/or like items, a person may purchase.

The first day of the sale is full ticketed price. Second day will be 25% off from 10:00-1:00. Everyone will be asked to complete purchases and leave the house before the price drops to 50% off from 1:00-4:00.

Our sales may include multilevel homes, sheds, garages, and out buildings. Please be aware of steps, thresholds, and unlevel ground.
