Directions:  From the intersection of Hwy 64 and North Cottonwood Rd. (4760 rd.) in Muldrow, Ok., go North on 4760 Rd. approximately 1.5 miles to East 1093 Rd.  At 1093 Rd. turn West on 1093rd. and  follow to the auction location.

Auction Terms and Conditions:  All personal property items and real estate will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items before bidding.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder. All Sales are final, all items must be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Personal Check with property and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only. 

Restroom and Concessions will be available day of auction.
