As with other Estate companies, all Deal Estate Sale staff legally carry firearms !! Sale is: Thursday thru Sunday ONLY ! Doors open at 11:30 AM each day. -Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ! -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE! -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. " Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised." -All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted. -Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. We do not have any staff available to load purchases. -If you break an item, it's yours to buy. -Florida Sales Tax Collected on All Sales Unless Exempt with Certificate -We work closely with the client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale. |

Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in South Tampa this upcoming weekend for a Thursday thru Saturday Estate Sale. Dr Philip Adler, was a beloved pediatrician who served three generations of children of Tampa Bay for 50 plus years, and his former wife and the mother of his children, Aliza Adler, were Tampa residents since 1958. Their son Joshua is the owner of this home and has decided to downsize. As a result, we will be having a combined sale of Joshua's items and Aliza items. This is an immaculate home located near Bayshore Blvd. Everything in the home will be for sale as the home will be turned into a rental property once our sale has been concluded. This is a 4-day event, Thursday thru Sunday only. There is plenty, including, outdoor patio furniture, nice rugs, antique furniture, a large book collection, kitchenware, plenty of artwork, men' s watches, office furniture, guest bedroom furniture and so much more.
