Accepted payment for vehicles are Cash, Certified Check (Bank Check) or ACH only. If your items are not picked up on Saturday June 15th 10am-4pm your items will be forfeited and will become the property of The Ruckman Group Auctions & Appraisals. TITLE: The vehicle offered in this auction is being sold by order of the Knox County Probate Court Case #20241020. Please allow additional time for title processing if needed. We have a notary on staff to handle the transfer.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.

LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location on their invoice. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all items. Please bring your own packing materials, moving equipment, manpower and tools.

SHIPPING: We will be shipping on select items for this auction. Local pick-up in Mt. Vernon.
