Diana's Note: This is a precious lady to me & many others,  folks - The Marilyn Kmak Estate- over the years she welcomed me into her lovely Hill & Vale home where her hands were busy sewing Hushkins to donate to Hospice -  she gladly worked at several of my estate sales, as a pianist which means the piano SOLD because Marilyn was on the keys. Most of my Munster estates Marilyn was a true friend to that person. A genuinely beautiful woman - heart, spirit and soul - intelligent & generous. She raised two doctors and a lawyer. She was a volunteer with many community & school activities. In 2014 Hospice of the Calumet Area honored Marilyn Kmak as "Volunteer of the Year."  When I drive by the stone marker announcing "Hill & Vale Estates" upscale neighborhood I will always cherish memories of Marilyn Kmak.

Payment TERMS:  CASH, Credit or debit Card w/3 % process fee. Pre-Approved Good Check (call at least 3 days prior to sale start for check approval). We don't open early. Diana places out sign up in entry order sign in list approx 9 AM CST Wed. June 5, 2024.   It's usually on front entrance sidewalk on lawn chair in plastic bag. Be prepared, due to any home's hallway layout, there can be staggered and delayed entry into the home, it just depends on how slow foot traffic flow moves along in the home's layout. Bring your patience with you for this home entry process. We'll get you inside as soon as we can with safety in mind. No warranties or guarantees. You must rely on your own personal inspection. Not responsible for accidents or injury. Always watch your step & your head. We don't carry. Bring your own competent adult labor who will carefully move items out of the home and off the property. Removal on SALE DAY.  Make sure to watch when moving items that floors aren't scratched and keep distance from walls so they're not touched. Please respect neighbors & not block mail boxes or driveways, or park so far off road to ruffle or rut neighbor's grass. Please don't flip cigarette butts in yard, street, driveway or really anywhere, only in receptacle. Let's work together with health safety in mind, please keep a good distance from others.
