This will be a partial picker sale. Some items will be tagged thru out the house and others you will make a pile and we will price accordingly. Forms of payment accepted will be cash and credit cards there is a 3% service fee NO checks. There will be NO early entry or early sales. There will be a sign-up list outside the house the morning of the sale and numbers handed out for the first 45 people. Please bring help and supplies for furniture. Items purchased need picked up before 4pm on Sunday. Purchased furniture will be tagged sold until pick up. There will be boxes on sire for your items but will be limited. This sale is on the main floor and garage. The areas will be marked. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Please be respectful of peoples hold piles. Children under 12 must be with a parent at all times. Please Park on the road but don't block people's driveways or mailboxes.

The sale will have a little bit of everything. There will be cases of very nice jewelry, Vintage Pyrex dishes, Authentic Coach purse and smaller wallet/purse, quilts, working vintage Emerson radio/ record player, vintage 78 records, multiple Christmas trees and decorations. There are several collectors' pieces including a lovely MCM green Swag vase, vintage travel pieces, Hall pottery, Jim Shore, Lennox, Boyds, precious moments, Thomas Kinkade and others. Several pieces of nice furniture including a very nice Victorian folding rocking chair and very nice washstand on wheels. Houshold goods, dishes, linen and misc. original prints by local artist, authentic certified art by Marten, Hart, Richard Williams, TC Chiu, Pierre Eugene Cambier, Dennis Lewan, Alexander Galtchansky and Taya Wissotzky, handmade Christmas cards and paints, paper, and frame supplies. Very nice handmade beach themed light fixture and Bronze Dolphine sculpture marked SPI. Outside furniture and cushions. Outdoor decorations and indoor home decor. Several pieces of nice well-made furniture including a full-size bed set with mattress and box spring, nice heavy 2-piece Armour, 2 nice skinny bookcases for smaller wall areas, nice end table with stone top, very nice kitchen dining room table and chairs with stone top, nice outdoor porch set and table, nice smaller curio cabinet with side access and bottom drawers and a few other smaller furniture pieces. Lots of little pieces and great items for picking. |
