1987 Four Winns 195 Sundowner Boat VIN: 4WNMH046K687 with 2015 Load Rite Trailer MDL: 19-23005 VIN: 1PHBAPP13F1004001.
Boat and trailer both appear to be in fair to poor condition. Tires on the trailer appear to be old and dry rotted, will likely need to be changed to make road-worthy. Boat/Trailer was abandoned by user and turned over to the government for disposition. Have been able to verify both VINS (see enclosed pdf's for additional information). Purchaser assumes all risks with purchase of this boat. Tire size: ST225/75R15. Trailer measures roughly 22'.
GOVERNMENT WILL PROVIDE SF-97 TO ALLOW PURCHASER TO APPLY FOR TITLE AND REGISTRATION.
This boat is located at the Fort Belvoir Marina, Bldg. 210, 1696, 1105 Hudson Road, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Overall condition of boat and trailer is unknown, inspections are encouraged. Boat was abandoned by former owner and turned over to government. Please use the ask a question function to schedule for an inspection. Marina is currently closed and locked, you would need escort to gain entrance to the facility.
