Titles:

All titles will be filled out with the new name of purchaser, address, date of sale, and total price paid. All vehicles and trailers subject to be charged 7% Indiana Sales Tax. Provided with the title will be proof of Sales Tax Paid, Form ST-108A.

Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to hold all titles if paid by check for 14 days, until funds are secured. If we do not have possession of the title upon time of the auction, it will be stated in description of the cataloged lots or announced day of auction. We will send the title out as soon as we have possession of the title. All titles are sent USPS and certified.
