Architectural Salvage Farm Estate Sale! This will be a unique sale and 1st for Marquee Estate Sales. IN-PERSON ONLY SALE. All Sales are final, everything is sold as-is, where-is. Cash preferred, credit/debit cards and Apple Pay accepted with appropriate identification. $100 minimum for Debit Cards. Sales taxes are collected. Please bring help to load your purchases. All non-fixture purchases must be removed from the location at time of sale. All fixture purchases required dismantle removal must schedule an appointment for removal. No large bags allowed. No children. No pets. No public restrooms. Please read and follow all signage throughout the house. We are not responsible for any accidents. We are not responsible for your safety. Please do not block driveways, fire hydrants or mailboxes. If you are a reseller, please bring your completed tax form with you for every purchase. We do not keep tax forms on file.

Just know the sale will not be our normal setup and presentation. This will be a complete property tear down. Everything must go! Not just a salvage sale… there will be estate items available the team will price accordingly. Other items we may have to price on the fly on sale days so please be patience with our checkout team.

CAUTION: Dismantling, disassembly, complete structure removals required at your own risk. Marquee Estate Sales will not be responsible for accidents or for your safety. Proper safety equipment and tools (customer provides their own) will be required for on-site removals. All construction purchase removals will be scheduled accordingly the week following sale conclusion.

All purchase removals will take place the week of May 27-June 2. Customers must coordinate with a MES Team Member to schedule removal appointments. **Some removals will require a specific date and time.

• Keep in mind the house is PACKED FULL so it will be tight quarters throughout. Please do not rush and take your time. Please be mindful of other shoppers.
