 This moving/downsizing sale will be held this Fri/Sat/Sun within the lovely and upscale 55+ community of Four Seasons, located along Shorrock Rd, which junctions  with Rt 70 (between Costco & Home Depot), off GSP exit 89. This one will lots of fun, perfect for moms & daughters & friends to chill and shop together, and will feature some of those "Finer Things" we all love so much!! pics have been added, with more to come, some will have descriptions added before Friday, AND, we'll be saving the best for last 😉, so please check back!

**IMPORTANT NOTE: This home is in a gated 55+ community (entrance located along Shorrock Rd/Beaverson Blvd, off GSP exit 89). No entrance permitted through gate UNTIL 10 MIN PRIOR to start time (start time is 9am SHARP, so no one is allowed through gate until 8:50am on each day the sale runs. (Sale hours are 9am-3pm each day.) Also, NO PARKING IS PERMITTED ON "Four Seasons Dr" or on "SPRING MEADOW Dr" (these are the main entrance roads for all community residents.) Available Items:

Beginning with designer handbags, clutches & wallets, we have something for any style and affordability, but all equally cute and stylish. We also have signed & framed original paintings, prints, mirrors (both wall mirrors and chevron-style, and we even have "The Mirror" (smart mirror) for workouts, with wall-mount! Many of the wall are pieces & mirrors are framed in beautiful, ornate, chunky gilt frames (and some are more contemporary & affordable, but still gorgeous!) We have them available in all sizes, weights, and styles, ranging from very large and heavy, and some small, narrow, and/or light. Also, we'll be offering a collection of marked & tested fine jewelry, 10/14/18k gold, and some sterling, as well as costume jewelry pieces too, because again there is something for everyone!

Also featured will be many other home decor pieces and housewares, including highly collectible figurines (i.e. Lladros, G. Armani, etc), collectible porcelain and pottery pieces (mostly from Italy, France and Germany), higher-end kitchenwares, a range of beautiful and very gently used furniture pieces (although relatively few), including a cobalt blue sofa, bench, high-back accent chairs (each comes with an extra slip-cover), small occasional tables, a gorgeous provincial-style display curio w/ glass shelves, beautiful antique/ vintage/ modern lighting, in a wide range of types and styles (lamps, sconces, pendants, fixtures and chandeliers.) 

We also will have available some ladies' clothing, fur coats, jackets, and long beautiful gowns (ranging in sizes S-XL), as well as shoes/boots/slippers (size 10) and other accessories, including (as mentioned above) a large selection of designer and vintage handbags, clutches and wallets (Coach, MK, CK, Etc). And of course, one cannot step out in such finery without a touch of the perfect fragrance, so we have available a nice selection of designer women's perfumes (NIB).

Throughout the home, as you peruse through the various treasures we have to offer, you will notice beneath your feet, several area rugs/runners of varying sizes, colors and styles, including 100% wool area rugs and runners, and contemporary designer rugs as well (i.e. Vince Camuto's Blue Butterflies, and others). 

Walking into the garage, you will be greeted with not only a lot more beautiful wall art, chandeliers, pendant lights, fixtures and sconces,  along with CDs, a modern working Singer sewing machine w/ accessories, craft supplies, and more, but you'll be entering an absolute winter wonderland, featuring Anna Lee dolls/figures, Fitz & Floyd, Lenox pieces & ornaments, some Department 56 houses, vintage & modern collectible blown/painted glass ornaments, boxed ornaments of all types, styles and affordability (vintage & modern), as well as seasonal wreathes, swags and garland (fall & winter), pre-lit Christmas trees, a very large set of Christmas dinnerware (in boxes), and so much more!
