What a fun sale we have for y’all this week ! And yes, it’s worth the drive. Very unique items.
The sale will be at 9801 Live Oak Ct., in MANVEL. If you travel north on 288 Freeway, (this is the way I go, it’s pretty simple), you’ll cross over the FM 1462 overpass. The NEXT County Road is CR 60, just past the first concrete TXDOT barriers. TXDOT, in all its infinite silliness, has removed the county road sign, but it’s still CR 60. Stay on 60 for about a mile, take a left onto CR65. You’ll travel several miles. At the SECOND stop sign, you’ll take a right on Davenport Parkway/CR 64. The huge Iowa Colony football stadium will be on your left. In a couple miles, there’s a truly wonky “crossroad intersection". CR 64 is sort of straight ahead, stay on it. (I’ll put a sign there) In a mile or so, you’ll take a right onto Hanselman Road. Live Oak Ct. is the second left. The sale house is on the right.
You can also stay on 288 Freeway, and exit on Hwy 6. You’ll take a right onto Masters, then a left onto Hanselman.
The sale will be Friday/Saturday, May 17th and 18th, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.
The sign-up sheet will be put out around 8:00 Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling names from the list, around 8:45.
PLEASE PARK ON LIVE OAK CT., NOT IN THE DRIVEWAY !!! The driveway is for loading and unloading only.
There will be NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS !!!!!
No large back packs, purses, bags, strollers, etc. should be in the sale areas.
We DO collect sales tax ! If ya don’t think that’s fair, call the Governor’s office, tell them how you feel. We’re simply doing what the law says we, as a legitimate business, must do.
