In addition, due to the fact that there are 2 Done Deal Sales this weekend, this sale will be a cash only sale *** As with other Estate companies, all Deal Estate Sale staff legally carry firearms !! Sale is: Saturday and Sunday ONLY ! Doors open at 11:00 AM each day. -Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ! -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE! -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. " Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised." -All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted. -Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in South Tampa this upcoming weekend for an In-Person Estate sale. In writing this, I wonder how many lives were positively influenced by their association with Robert John Dean and his devoted wife Kate. Robert was a great talent and changed the face of design in South Tampa. We are left with an often-discussed legacy in our own Tampa homes. Some of you may remember Robert working for Paul T. Ward and later with Dean, Redman, and Parks Interior Design firm, then most recently with John Clarence Designs, Robert and Kate are no longer with us, and we have been entrusted by the family to sell items from their home. If you knew this wonderful couple, perhaps you might find a treasure to remember. If you didn't have the gift of their company, I am sure you will find something tasteful that will enhance your home ! *** Please note that this is a small home and admittance will be limited.
