Omigosh ! We’re back at it, with more great sales for y’all !! This week’s sale is in a lovely home in Lake Jackson. It’s at 926 Oleander, near the Sea Center. It’s going to be Friday and Saturday, May 3-4, (MAY ??? How did THAT happen already ???), 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.
The grass area near the driveway will be marked off with stakes and tape, there are sprinklers very near the edge. DO NOT GET ON THE GRASS !!! (There ARE security cameras showing the driveway, and the owners will have the license plate numbers of any vehicles that get off the concrete.) Also, we are only allowed by the City of Lake Jackson, to place a single estate sale sign in the yard, gripe at them, if don’t like that silly rule-I have. And, I’m a legitimate business, not a little league, realtor, or church bazaar, which ARE allowed to put signs out, go figure.
The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the names from the list around 8:45. Be there, or be last. :(
There are steep stairs in the home, if you can’t safely navigate stairs, then stay off the stairs !!! There are also multiple step up/down spots in the home, we will, as usual, have them clearly marked for your safety.
THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS !!!!!
No large purses, back packs, etc. will be allowed in. If you carry a big clunker bag, you’re welcome to leave it with the checkout folks, until you’re ready to check out.
We accept cash and credit cards.
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack mules. You need to make arrangements to have your large/heavy purchases moved.

Then, another sale in Lake Jackson, and one in Angleton !
