 All furnishings must be picked up before close of the sale.

We use a number system for entry when there is a long line on the first day of the sale. The number of people allowed in at one time may vary depending on the size of the estate.

Blue tape is used to mark large items as they are selected for purchase.

Please note to enable us to focus on preparation of the in person sales, we no longer provide pricing and measurements ahead.

Each sale is on a "first come, first serve" basis, therefore, there are no limitations on how many items and/or like items, a person may purchase.

The first day of the sale is full ticketed price.
