Sale will take place rain or shine and will have multiple rings running so please bring a friend and enjoy the day with us. Loader is NOT available so please bring one if needed. Loading and hauling of items is buyer’s responsibility. All items must be removed by Monday June 20th at 5pm. All items left on CMU premises are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Auction list is subject to Additions or Deletions.

Cash, good personal check with proper ID, accepting Visa, MasterCard and Discover w/ a 3% processing fee. All out of state checks must have a letter from bank verifying funds. All property to be settled for day of sale. No property to be removed from premises until settled for. Not responsible for accidents or goods after sold.
