Checks over five hundred dollars must be accompanied by bank letter. There is a 5 % buyers premium. There is a 3% charge for credit card use. Items purchased must be removed. within seven days. Sale tax will be collected at .675 %, vendors license will be honored and no tax will be charge to qualified vendor.
