All persons desiring to bid online and live must be registered prior to the auction and must have obtained a Bidder's Number. Must be 18 years of age to register with picture ID.
JD Newell Auctioneers, Inc., herein after referred to as the Auctioneer, reserves the right to add to or withdraw from the auction any items listed or not listed, to group individual lots into larger lots for sale, to subdivide lots into smaller lots forsake, or to sell all lots in bulk when it is in the best interest of the Seller.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty, expressed or implied. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance, or refund will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected thoroughly the merchandise and to have satisfied himself or herself as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment.
The Auctioneer is acting as Agent for the Seller and all representations made by Auctioneer are made on behalf of the Seller. The Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Any action or recourse will be directed to the Seller and not to the Auctioneer.
Settlement must be made in full immediately upon the completion of the auction by cash, or credit card. Merchandise not paid for and removed within the specified time period may be resold without notice.
Upon the sale of each lot, the Auctioneer announces the final sale price and successful Bidder number. All questions or disputes regarding Buyer, lot identity, price or quantity must be resolved immediately upon the sale of the lot. No changes or adjustments will be made at any later time. The record of the sale kept by the Auctioneer and will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
All persons attending preparation, inspection, sale or removal of merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer of liability.
All descriptions of items for sale contained or provided orally or in writing at the time of the auction are believed to be correct, but the Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy of any such description, and hereby specifically disclaims any such warranty.
The Buyer agrees that any item successfully bid upon will be paid for by the Buyer immediately following the conclusion of the auction and before departing the auction premises (live auction) or by cash or credit card or wire transfer. Your credit card on file will be charged after auction closes. Any invoice over $5000 must be wired or paid in cash or cashiers check with JD Newell

ALL AUCTIONS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC- All items are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION unless otherwise stated and are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. Item preview is highly recommended and bidding without previewing is strongly discouraged. Lone Star Storage retains full right of acceptance or rejection of any and all offers, including counter-offers, backup offers and final bids on these items. Final notice of sale will be confirmed by seller after the item closes. A Storage Lien Packet will be provided to the winning bidder for title paperwork on all Impounded Vehicles unless otherwise stated. All vehicle paperwork will appear exactly like it is on your invoice. Paperwork will be made out in the company name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice. If no company name is provided, then it will be listed in the individual name instead. Updating your online account personal information AFTER the item closes will not update your invoice or paperwork information. No changes to paperwork will be allowed. No exceptions! Paperwork can be picked up at Lone Star Storage when you pickup vehicle. If you would like paperwork mailed to you please reply to your "Paid in Full" invoice and ask us to mail. NOTE: All vehicles marked on the auction listing with "HAS KEY" - Keys may be lost, stolen, or misplaced prior to item pickup and may not fit locks or ignitions of vehicle. All items must be picked up within 5 business days of auction close, after auction close, or winning buyer will be charged a storage fee of $22.85 per day, per item left. If items purchased are not removed within 15 business days of auction close, the buyer forfeits money paid and the property reverts back to the seller with no recourse. Buyer agrees to NO credit card chargebacks. YOU agree that such YOU will not, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any purchases at the Auction.
