NOTE: We are moving the following week so items MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP by no later than the following Wednesday or risk forteiture.

All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637).

Lots close at 10 second intervals beginning at 6:00PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots).

Your Bid is a Contract: Please bid only if you will honor any purchases that you make. We do report non-paying bidders to the National Database to exclude them from further online auction bidding.

Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment MUST be paid within 48 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone. We give a 3% discount to those paying cash.

PICKUP: Friday and Saturday, following the auction, are normal pickup days and we will be opened 9-3. You make a pickup appointment on a link furnished with the invoice. Late pickup the following Mon-Wed can be arranged with permission by contacting the auction.
NOTE: We can no longer hold onto items for longer than regular pickup. If not picked up when agreed upon, they will be considered abandoned.

MAILING RULES:
Yes, we can mail some items and try to keep costs low. We are not set up for shipping larger items (nothing over 24"). If you need shipping, pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you a special invoice with shipping charges (usually takes a couple days). We do not ship large boxes. If you win several lots that make up a larger amount, it may come in several boxes. We will no mix heavy items with breakables.
Make sure your address is correct and up to date.
We charge the standard costs through either USPS or UPS. But we add an additional service charge: a $10 service charge for the first lot and an additional $2 per lot minimum.

This is the last auction with pickup at the old address on Reserve Street. Next auction will be at our new, much larger warehouse just off Andresen in Vancouver. Trying to empty out the building so we don't have to move as much. This one will be a LARGE auction with a wide variety of great finds. Some items that will be included: * Huge amount of camera equipment. GoPro Heros, Microphotograph, Canon and more. Much from a professional photographer estate. * US Coin collection, lots of mint and silver. * House of Erte Porcelain figures. * Jewelry, including bulk lots to gold with diamonds and lots of watches. * Large collection of carousel items; gold plated, musical to steam powered.
