The only items that will be available for presell will be furniture. ALL ITEMS THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRE SELL ARE THE SET PRICES. NO DISCOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN SINCE YOU ARE PURCHASING THESE BEFORE THE SALE BEGINS. PRE SELL ITEMS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE SALE COMMENCEMENT IN ORDER TO MARK THEM SOLD. OTHERWISE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THESE WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE THE SALE STARTS SINCE ITS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING! Please bring your own professional help when it comes to moving heavy items. During sale hours, we are extremely busy and won't be able to help you move furniture etc. No refunds or returns, everything is sold as is. No bags or backpacks will be allowed inside of our sale. Masks are required to enter our sales. No mask, no entry. Credit cards must be a minimum of $50 to use at our estate sales. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
