Great Finds Complete Home Liquidation in Reminderville Active (#23631894)Great sale with unique odd and ends, kitchen items, cat themed decor, Chinoiserie decor, beautiful and solid wood furniture, loveseats and power chairs, bathroom items, linens, fans and more! This is a sale with great items for everyone. Be sure to check out all the pages for your Great Find! The home is a condominium unit and space and parking are limited for pickup. Please be respectful of the residents of the complex and do not block them in, create a spot etc. We will do our best to coordinate a set area for bidders to quickly and efficiently park, retrieve their Great Finds, and be back on their way to win their bids on our other sales! Pickup will be in Reminderville, Ohio. Address and instructions for pickup will be given on the invoice when they are emailed after the sale closes. **Pickup will be, April 20, 2024, from 11:00-3:00pm. If you will need an alternative time allocation, please call or text Will at 216-390-5427 to make arrangements up to 24 hours BEFORE pickup ends. This means by Friday April 19, 2024 at 3pm. This will be a one-time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file. Please review the 'Terms & Conditions' section on this site to familiarize yourself with all aspects of the bidding process and pick up procedures. We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees. Happy Bidding!
