Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS Condition at the time of auction.  All Buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding and buying.  Once the items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All items are required to be paid for the day of auction.  There will be a 4% buyers premium charged at this auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions: We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to an additional 4% buyer's fee in addition to the invoice total. 

Restrooms and Concessions will be available day of auction.
