The sale this week in Cave Creek is a very large estate sale that we have been preparing for weeks! This over4,000 sq ft home with million+ dollar views is an extravagant adventure through time and valuable collections... We will have close to 75 different Disney Lithographs from late 90's to early 2000's, with characters such as Cinderella, Snow White, Finding Nemo, Aladdin, The Incredibles, Sleeping Beauty just to name a few. There will be some other smaller Disney collectibles here too, such as a few Disney collector's pins, Disney Monopoly, Disney Books, Disney VHS and DVD's and more!

Please note the overwhelming collection of Fitz and Floyd and also Lenox! We have everything they released with Christmas or holiday theme surely just in this one estate! Tables full of boxes, bins filled with more boxes, and numerous pieces presented in glass cabinets and shelves! From Fitz and Floyd statues to bowls and plates, to Lenox candle holders, Santa Sleigh statues, teapots and pitchers with Winterberry theme, as well as collectible Pfaltzgraff Christmas dish set - for all the Christmas collectors fans it's all here! We also will present a smaller selection of Franciscan pottery... 

There is a nice collection of vinyl records here... We have some Beatles and Rolling Stones as well as Beach Boys and that is 45rpm, but also a great selection of 33RPm LP's - Beatles, Paul McCartney, Kim Carnes, The Ventures, 1960's Rock and roll but also plenty of artists from 1970s, 80s and even 90's - with mostly classic rock and rock and roll titles... There is also a great selection of cds with artists such as Bob Dylan, Pearl Jam, Beatles, etc, as well as dvds... The 45rpm record collection is truly impressive though with probably more than 200 to choose from, some with original sleeves! 

There will be numerous Vera Bradley handbags and wallets for sale in this household. We will also have handbags by Coach, Michael Kors, vintage Buxton leather, La Regale and even new in box although definitely vintage Whiting and Sands handbag! The university and team sports clothing, sports caps, as well as vintage clothing will be present here as well, as you may see in the photos. We will also be selling a great selection of running and walking shoes for both men and women, with brands such as Brooks, New Balance, Hoka etc. There is a great number of costume jewelry for sale in this household too - Anne Klein, Trifari, Calvin klein and Chico's among other brands... Some newer and some vintage. 

And all the bohemian crystal... This family traveled a lot in the 80's, 90's and 2000's and kept all their great finds and keepsakes brand new in boxes! We have two original sets of 500PVC Bohemian Czech lead crystal glassware still in original boxes! There are plenty of other Bohemian crystal pieces in this household, as well as more than 50 Waterford glasses for sale - from white wine to goblets, to sherbet glassware, and mostly in Lismore pattern we truly may have it all for every crystal collector. We'll have Waterford lamps in different designs, Waterford lanters, about ten different Waterford vintage ornament, Waterford candle holders, bowls, two tier cupcake tower, and even a Waterford chandelier light! And for all the martini lovers - a great set of colorful Lenox martini glasses in fun design!

The garage has a selection of tools and cleaning supplies, as well as tons of golf balls, hockey equipment, golf clubs, golf bags, a collection of large Disney dolls, plenty of Fitz and Floyd and Lenox christmas decorations - many still in boxes, tons of ornaments, brass collectibles, Keurig coffee maker - unused just out of the box, dog accessories, kitchen pots and pans, and more!

This house will also present nice pieces of furniture - from solid wood book cases, to great condition King size Master bedroom set, to contemporary succulent planter decor, to natural plants in terracota or ceramic glazed planters, to leather sofas and loveseats, Italian made chairs, luxurious Persian handmade rugs, and perhaps the biggest treasure of the house - the horse, which is about 4 ft long and 3.5 ft tall - hand sculpted and signed by Sergio Bustamante - a famous contemporary designer, auctioned all over the United States at auction houses and art galleries, and highly sought after...

We'll have some great selection of vintage clothing, college sweatshirts, couple different fur jackets, including Mink, tons of scarfs, including one Hermes scarf, but also Lanvin Paris scarf, and some other brands such as Ugna, Kathie Lee Collection etc. There are ski jackets by Columbia, but also some vintage ones, that are down in 1980s-90s colors... There are plenty of cosmetics, some new ones, bath accessories, tons of linens, nice towels, brand new Frye faux fur King comforter set, board games, and just anything you can imagine.
