Situated on a high traffic & high visibility street just west of Harshman Road and about 0.33 mile from State Route 4 (Harshman Road exit). There is over 300' of frontage on Valley Street. And, it would appear that the property could likely accommodate a variety of business enterprises with ample parking and/or storage space. There is a 25' paved public access easement on the east side of the property with street lights (for which there is an electric assessment included on the 2.983 acre parcel). NOTE: We've posted the Preliminary Title Report which references a new parcel number on which taxes and values are not yet available.
