Pick up items: Saturday, 3/30/24 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  No early pick-ups.  No additional pick-up days.  

Auction Type:  Absolute, no reserves. 

Pick up location is on Mosher Rd., Wellington.  Address will be disclosed on your invoice.

THIS IS A ONE TIME PICK UP, PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PICKUP TIME. NO OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won.   ABANDONED ITEMS WILL INCUR A DISPOSAL/TRANFER FEE OF UP TO $20.

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items.  Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely.  We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items. Thank you.
