Welcome to Red Stag Auctions! By Bidding on Any Red Stag Auction, You’re Agreeing to the Following: Each Auction has a designated pick-up times. You must schedule a pick up time on the website between the hours of 10:00am - 6:00pm. (Holidays/Weather may affect these hours) You're allotted 1 business day after the designated pick-up day to pick up items from the auction close date. If you are unable to pick up your items within that time frame a 10% fee will be charged. Items not picked up during designated pick-up times will be returned to auction after 3 Calendar days from the close date. ***IMPORTANT*** When picking up at our location: -Appointment is always needed for pick up -Follow Signs for Exact Pickup Location at address -Bring your printed invoice (or) have your bidder ID and auction close date ready. -If your item is large, more than 100 lbs please bring additional help to load Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. For items over 2000.00, 500.00 will be charged at the auction end, the balance being paid with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check at or before pick up and within the auction scheduled Removal Period. Failure to pay the balance and pick up items within 3 days after the auction close date will result in the item being forfeited, the 500.00 paid non-refundable, and a 10% of the total invoice non-payment fee assessed unless prior approval from Red Stag Auctions is obtained for another payment and pickup date. 1. If you are unable to pick up on time, please make other arrangements with Eric (405) 822-7328 2. Stock Photos- Some auctions will use Stock Photos. The use of stock photos does not guarantee the condition of the items, however gives you an idea of what the product is. Please view pictures and read descriptions. Our Team does a great job of notating quality of items and if they see any damage. If product looks different than stock photo please go off of product seen in photos or call Eric if you have questions. We do our best to match products with exact stock photos, but we are human and mistakes may happen. 3. Damaged Items- We do our best to describe/photograph any damage that we may find. We may not document/see all damage to item. 4. Your card on File will be charged immediately after the auction closes or the morning after the auction closes between 6-8 AM. If you are tax exempt call and notify Eric. An email or hand-delivered tax-exempt form is required on your first visit to Red Stag Auctions (Eric@redstaginvestments.com). Return Policy: No Refunds, Sold As IS Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage. You may inspect/test before you leave. Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following: Does not appear to have been pre-owned Item is complete enough to run / work as needed Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional Open box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested. Please use inspection time to preview and test before you bid. We highly suggest you preview open box items during our preview hours. Call if you have questions. Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken. We encourage you to preview damaged items during our preview hours. Very powerful and rides great. Everything works - Horns, Lights, Brakes etc. Was the pride and joy of one of my closest friends and am selling to benefit his family after his sudden passing.
